Welcome to NOTYZOā¢. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products and services. NOTYZOā¢ is a fashion jewellery brand specialising in Korean-inspired and Western-style earrings.
By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, sizes and descriptions as accurately as possible.
Actual product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and photography.
Product dimensions, weight, material and finish may vary slightly between designs.
Our products are fashion jewellery unless a different material or specification is explicitly stated in the product description.
Customers should review the product description, images, size and other available details before placing an order.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other fees will be displayed or communicated before order confirmation, as applicable.
We reserve the right to update product prices.
Orders are subject to successful payment or confirmation of the selected payment method.
Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD): Customers choosing Partial COD must pay the specified partial amount in advance to confirm their order. The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery, as displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
The advance payment and remaining balance will be clearly communicated to customers before they place their order.
4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Customers should contact support@notyzo.com as soon as possible to request cancellation before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Any cancellation, refund or payment reversal will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies and legal obligations.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered to serviceable locations within India, subject to courier availability.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number.
Additional delivery attempts, return-to-origin shipments or re-delivery may be subject to applicable charges where legally permitted and disclosed.
NOTYZOā¢ will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues.
6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, please contact support@notyzo.com within 48 hours of delivery, with the order number, clear photographs and an unboxing video where available.
Approved claims will be reviewed and resolved through an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund, subject to applicable law and product availability.
Change-of-mind returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to the return policy displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Earrings may be subject to hygiene-related restrictions on change-of-mind returns where legally permitted. This restriction does not remove any rights customers have regarding defective, damaged, incorrect or misrepresented products.
Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed lawful method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.

7. Product Care
To help maintain the appearance and finish of your earrings:
Avoid direct contact with perfume, cosmetics, lotions, oils and harsh chemicals.
Keep jewellery away from excessive moisture and water unless the product is specifically described as suitable for such exposure.
Store earrings in a dry place, preferably in a separate pouch or jewellery box.
Handle products carefully to avoid scratches, bending or accidental damage.
Normal wear, improper storage, accidental damage and deterioration caused by failure to follow care instructions may not qualify for a voluntary return or replacement, subject to applicable consumer rights.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate personal, billing and shipping information.
Use the website only for lawful purposes.
Avoid fraudulent orders, payment abuse or attempts to misuse promotions.
Respect the intellectual property rights of NOTYZOā¢ and other parties.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
