Unboxing Video Requirement: A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed package is strictly mandatory for reporting any damaged, defective, or missing items.

Return Shipping: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Refund Options: We offer convenient refunds either as Store/Wallet Balance (for instant future purchases) 

Non-Exchangeable  Items: Earrings purchased  are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Resolution Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds or replacements are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
